Whether you are new to business or have been at it forever, it is always good to have a team at the end of the phone or email who can promptly answer your questions. If we can’t help, we know someone who can, including a lawyer or three, a plumber, electrician, painter, or earthmover…. just ask!

We are Chartered Accountants, members of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) – this means we are held to a high ethical standard. We undertake at least 40 hours of professional development every year and are subject to regular peer reviews.

We are Xero Accountants, through and through. The whole team is Xero Advisor Certified.  We are also experienced with a range of Xero add-ons that make life easier for business owners.

Director

Margaret has been an accountant for more years than she is prepared to admit. Her passion is to see local businesses succeed.

The accountant in her means she gets immense satisfaction from seeing things balance and, more importantly, she likes to see business owners achieve what they planned when they went into business.

KeriAnn Birch

Director

KeriAnn holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Massey University, along with qualifications in applied writing and business management. She is passionate about learning and staying at the forefront of industry knowledge. As a qualified accountant, KeriAnn brings a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and helping business owners feel confident in their numbers.
Outside of work, she is a dog owner and competitive clay-target shooter, bringing the same enthusiasm and precision to her personal interests as she does to her work.

Jo works with our customers daily, making sure their Xero data looks good and they are getting regular reports. She can help with Xero training, payroll and getting your tax sorted.

Out of the office, Jo likes to spend time on the coastal tracks close to home, followed by long, leisurely aperitifs on the deck with family.

Kai holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master’s in Public Administration, with a career as a CPA. She brings a high standard of accuracy, honesty, and professionalism to her work. She supports clients by delivering practical financial solutions that help businesses stay organised and continue to grow.

Outside of work, Kai enjoys spending time in the arts, literature, music, and sport.
